The NEK Umwelttechnik AG, a Swiss based wind energy provider, together with its partners, has acquired land at Ayitepa in the Greater Accra Region to create a wind farm to generate 225 megawatts of electricity.Alhajj Sa Rhack Nartey, the Ningo/Prampram District Chief Executive, said the wind farm would be located between Mangotsonya and Lekpongunor in the Ningo Traditional Area.
